Sonder Terms of Service

Welcome to Sonder.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sonder application and related services ("Sonder", "the App", "we", "us", or "our").

Sonder is operated by InforangePacific Pvt. Ltd.

By creating an account or using Sonder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Sonder

Sonder is a social application designed to help users share and preserve meaningful relationship moments through photographs, profiles, and other user-generated content.

Sonder provides a platform for users to create and share content. Users are responsible for the content they upload and share.

2. Eligibility

You may use Sonder only if you are legally permitted to use the service under applicable laws.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• You will follow these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

3. Creating an Account

Certain features require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information, including your name and email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and should not share your password with anyone else.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Your Content

Sonder allows you to upload photographs and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Sonder.

By uploading content, you grant Sonder a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the features of Sonder.

This license exists only for operating, maintaining, securing, and providing the services of Sonder.

You do not transfer ownership of your content to Sonder.

5. Responsibility for Your Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

You represent that:

• You have the necessary rights or permissions to upload the content.
• Your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
• You have appropriate permission to share photographs containing other individuals where such permission is required.
• Your content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Sonder to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or harm another person.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Create fake accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes.
• Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload sexually explicit or exploitative content.
• Upload content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Promote violence or terrorism.
• Promote illegal activities.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or our systems.
• Scrape, copy, or collect user information without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of Sonder.
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the service.
• Use Sonder for scams, fraud, spam, or deceptive activities.

7. Relationship Content and Privacy

Sonder is intended for sharing personal relationship moments.

You should respect the privacy of people appearing in photographs that you upload.

Do not use Sonder to expose, embarrass, threaten, blackmail, or otherwise harm another person.

In particular, you must not share private or intimate photographs of another person without their consent.

8. Content Moderation

We may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts associated with serious or repeated violations.

9. Reporting Content

If you believe that content or an account violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, you may report it through available reporting features or contact us at: inforangepacific@gmail.com

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Sonder and its original software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, and other materials are owned by or licensed to InforangePacific Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its proprietary components without permission.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You violate our Community Guidelines.
• Your activity creates a security or legal risk.
• Your account is used for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
• We are required to do so by law.

You may stop using Sonder at any time.

12. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Sonder account and associated data directly from within the application.

Once the deletion process has been completed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you are unable to access your account or cannot use the Delete Account option, contact: inforangepacific@gmail.com

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, including information necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

13. Third-Party Services

Sonder may use third-party services, including cloud hosting, authentication, database, and storage services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Changes to Sonder

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Sonder from time to time.

We may introduce new features, remove features, or change how certain features operate.

15. Disclaimer

Sonder is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• Sonder will always be available.
• The App will be completely error-free.
• User content will never be lost.
• The service will be completely secure.
• Content shared by users will remain private after being shared with those users.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InforangePacific Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sonder.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Sonder, or infringement of another person's rights through content you upload.

18. Privacy

Your use of Sonder is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can exercise applicable privacy rights.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we may notify users through the App or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of Sonder after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable law.
